For this project, we are to design a large 7-segment based display that shows the time (including seconds) using
decade counter ICs. We first should design the circuit in Logisim and then design a PCB for the circuit using EasyEDA.
Our design should meet the following requirements:
The clock must clock accurately once a second, to a reasonable degree of accuracy.
The display must be large and legible from 100m away (optional)
It should be able to operate from the mains.
There must be a way to set the time.
The clock should beep after every 15 minutes.
Design a 12hr clock for extra credit.

For my individual design, I attempted to use flip-flops instead of the decade counter ICs to design the clock.
However, I was unable to get a 12-hour clock, although the 24-hour clock works perfectly. I was also unable
to get the clock to beep after every 15 minutes.
