About Project
The objective of this project is to create a comprehensive 12-hour clock system featuring a large 7-segment display. The design and implementation involve the strategic use of decade counter integrated circuits (ICs) to precisely track time, including seconds, and indicate whether it is AM or PM. The core focus is on achieving a clock with a 1Hz frequency while ensuring a satisfactory level of accuracy in timekeeping
